I provide virtual therapy using client-centered, trauma, culture & identity-sensitive, and depth/ insight-oriented approaches. I firmly believe that outer change begins with inner change. We work collaboratively in a safe space, starting with an understanding of your needs and creating a customized plan to meet your goals, all at a pace comfortable for you. I blend various evidence-based, structured modalities with relaxed talk therapy to gently guide you towards insight, self-compassion, and emotional relief.
